Colton turned 5 years old on November 8, 2008. Oh how time has flown by.
He has truly become a sweet, fun little boy with a great imagination.
Getting a family picture is always a challenge but here we are the morning of Colton's birthday gathered around to open presents and sing Happy Birthday! Sarah just wanted to open presents.
Colton was more than happy to pose with his new favorite toys, of course every toy was his favorite, and he was so excited about all the fun action figures that he got as well as the new clothes he got. We so appreciate all the love that we feel and the kids feel from our family that is miles away. Even though we can't have those treasured family parties we feel that y'all are near.
Colton is really into superhero action figures right now, Batman, Power Rangers, Bionicles (thanks to Granddaddy) and we can't forget Speed racer.
Colton got to have a "friends" party on his Birthday this year and they all had a great time just playing, opening gifts, eating and simply running around like crazy kids. We are very grateful for our friends and the fun we have together.
Once again we had to have a fun themed cake, this year was simplier than the past years because you have to special order Batman cake pans. So we got the Batman symbol this year which turned out pretty cool. It will be fun to see what next year has to hold.
